Steve, Owner and Certified Fascia Stretch Therapy Practitioner

Hi, I’m Steve, the proud owner of Outside the Box Stretch Therapy and a Certified Level 3 Fascia Stretch Specialist.

A Life Rooted in Movement and Wellness

From an early age, sports were my passion—baseball, soccer, roller hockey, and track and field shaped my childhood. In high school, my love for movement expanded as I competed in soccer and track while discovering the transformative power of strength training.

This passion for fitness led me to earn certifications in personal training and nutrition coaching and, ultimately, a Bachelor’s in Exercise Physiology from William Paterson University. Post-graduation, I worked as a group fitness coach and one-on-one wellness consultant, helping clients embrace holistic health through nutrition, sleep, movement, and mindset.

A Turning Point Through Recovery

After sustaining my own injuries, I was forced to reimagine my approach to fitness. Yoga became my refuge, teaching me the profound importance of restorative movement and recovery. This experience paved the way for my journey into Fascia Stretch Therapy (FST) in 2022. By 2023, I had earned Level 1 and Level 2 certifications, and in May 2024, I completed my Level 3 certification in Arizona, becoming a specialist in this transformative modality.

What Makes Outside the Box Stretch Therapy Different?

At the heart of my practice is a genuine commitment to building relationships and truly understanding each client’s needs. Stretch therapy isn’t just about improving flexibility—it’s about listening, adapting, and empowering individuals to thrive in their unique journeys. Whether it’s through personalized sessions or connecting clients with trusted resources, my goal is to create a ripple effect of positivity and wellness.

My background in athletics and my own setbacks have taught me invaluable lessons about recovery, perseverance, and the art of slowing down. These lessons inspire every session, helping clients not just move better but also feel better, inside and out.

Because at the end of the day, it’s not just about stretching—it’s about connection, inspiration, and transformation.
